*All VIP-related activities take place prior to public doors. Not valid for event admission. Upgrades do not include a ticket to the show - a ticket must be purchased separately. 
 
All minors must be accompanied by an adult and will not be permitted to attend any VIP-related activities without an adult. If a minor is attending the VIP activities, the accompanying adult must also have purchased an upgrade for themselves.
 
Please note that VIP upgrade purchasers will be contacted via e-mail 2-3 days prior to the event date.
 
All sales are final. There are no refunds or exchanges under any circumstances. All VIP upgrade purchases and upgrade contents are non-transferable. VIP merchandise will be distributed at the show; some exceptions may apply. The VIP program and times may vary and are subject to modification at any time for any reason.
